I would give this hotel less than 1 rating if I could. I had a horrible experience staying here in the 12 hours that I stayed for.
Starting from the room locks which seemed like a decade old, the bed mattress was the worst, there is no cushion in those and it was almost impossible to get anysleep on it, it touched the base.
Location is too good. But the thing which I like the most was the behaviour of the staff that I have never ever seen anywhere . They are so caring. We asked for extra bed, pillow that they provided us without any additional charge. One cup tea means one pot tea which is sufficient for two people. Room was very neat and clean no bugs and dust at all which I found in maximum hotels.
They provided complimentary breakfast which was just like home cooked food. Very nice and comfortable staying.
Location is nice. Food i didn't like too much, just ok for filling tummy
It has good hygiene standards , nice staff , but three major problems exist , one is the bathroom , very small , flush doesn't work . Other no lift if you get a higher floor you will have a bad time.the last one the internet speed is very low (12 kbps)
First of all, I've corrected the geo location of the hotel (it was earlier incorrect). Had bad experience their. Rooms was not up to the mark. Even they serve normal water in Kinley bottle. Now, you can assume the service and facilities. One more thing the switch board (very disappointed) Good things: Coffee Maker, Hair Blower etc.
No hot water, matress was not at all good.
Staff was so well behaved and hotel premises were clean and sanitized. Really enjoyed the stay....... Thankyou Chandigarh 😉 …
